Research engagement terms and responsibilities
Review research support scope, written agreements, deliverables, timelines, revision terms, confidentiality and researcher responsibilities before engaging.

Engagement scope
Consultation, methods training, data analysis, programming, editing and writing support must comply with institutional and journal rules. Researchers remain responsible for understanding, accuracy and approval, and must disclose contributions as required.
Proposal and agreement
Preparing a message is not acceptance of a project. Work begins after written agreement on outputs, stages, cost, timing, confidentiality and usage rights. Scope changes require revised cost and schedule.
Quality and support
Support duration, revision limits, review tools and refund terms are documented for each engagement. The scope of revisions and the quality review process are agreed before work begins.
Limits of guarantees
Journal acceptance, grades, peer-review timing and automated detection outcomes are not guaranteed. Data fabrication, invented citations, purchased authorship and misrepresentation of another person’s research are unacceptable.
